"Sandhill Crane - Painterly Vertical" by Patti Deters. A single sandhill crane (Grus canadensis) stands in the marshy waters of a Minnesota stream, while a small flock of the birds fly overhead. These water birds are interesting animals to observe and remind me of prehistoric birds. This is a vertical crop, hand painted photograph, with watercolor background which all combines into a soft and peaceful piece of art.
