"Pink Peony Bud with Dew Drops" by Patti Deters. This is a close-up of a pretty deep rose colored pink peony bud about to bloom. You can see some dew drops still on the shadow side of the bud. This lovely spring blooming flower was photographed in my own garden near St. Paul, Minnesota. I've replaced the natural background with a dark green texture for a moody artistic effect, and finished with a square crop.
