"Super Moon and Barn Series #3" by Patti Deters. his photo captures a Super Moon rising over a farm with a red barn, trees, fields, marsh with a beaver lodge, and a small pond for reflections. A Super Moon occurs when the moon is full and is closest to earth. The evening dusk sky is is just starting to form a few clouds and gives the moon a little extra shine for this pretty landscape scene. Hi! My artwork is photography of all things nature, especially wildlife, flowers, and landscapes. Many of the flowers and wildlife images are from my local area around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Others are from photo trips taken with my husband of 40+ years. Some of the images are what I like to call "documentary art" - that is, I capture the best photos from wherever I am and then enhance them - sometimes a little, sometimes a lot - to make my own kind of "real life" art. Other images are more digital and simple, and those tend to portray the softer side of nature.
