"Rudbeckia Blossom Irish Eyes - Selective Color Blue" by Patti Deters. This Irish Eyes Rudbeckia flower has soft petals edges with a selective color of blue for the center - very lovely. I've blurred the edges to give it a soft artistic dreamy look and feel and kept just the center blossom sharp to keep it simple. The original photograph was taken from an August bloom in my own Minnesota garden in zone 4. This particular artwork is in selective color black and white, and is also available in the original colors. Hi! My artwork is photography of all things nature, especially wildlife, flowers, and landscapes. Many of the flowers and wildlife images are from my local area around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Others are from photo trips taken with my husband of 40+ years. Some of the images are what I like to call "documentary art" - that is, I capture the best photos from wherever I am and then enhance them - sometimes a little, sometimes a lot - to make my own kind of "real life" art. Other images are more digital and simple, and those tend to portray the softer side of nature.
