Artist's Description
"Chickadee Finds a Peanut!" by Patti Deters. This chickadee had to dig through the snow to find the prize - a peanut in the shell and then had to peck at the peanut for quite awhile to get to the actual food. About Patti Deters
Hi! My artwork is photography of all things nature, especially wildlife, flowers, and landscapes. Many of the flowers and wildlife images are from my local area around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Others are from photo trips taken with my husband of 40+ years. Some of the images are what I like to call "documentary art" - that is, I capture the best photos from wherever I am and then enhance them - sometimes a little, sometimes a lot - to make my own kind of "real life" art. Other images are more digital and simple, and those tend to portray the softer side of nature.
