"Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area - Autumn #2" by Patti Deters. A beautiful autumn view from the highest point in the park known as Miner's Mountain. This scenic area contains many lakes and hills that were formed from old iron mine pits 100-525 feet deep and rock stockpiles 200 feet high! Hi! My artwork is photography of all things nature, especially wildlife, flowers, and landscapes. Many of the flowers and wildlife images are from my local area around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Others are from photo trips taken with my husband of 40+ years. Some of the images are what I like to call "documentary art" - that is, I capture the best photos from wherever I am and then enhance them - sometimes a little, sometimes a lot - to make my own kind of "real life" art. Other images are more digital and simple, and those tend to portray the softer side of nature.
