"Juvenile Bald Eagle on Ice" by Patti Deters. A single young American Bald Eagle sits on the ice at river's edge watching for fish in the un-frozen water. The adult parent was watching protectively close-by just out of camera frame, so I've included an image of her head in the water and she appears as if a hidden spirit ghost. Several texture overlays have been applied to add interest to the ice and enhance the blue of the water.
