"Giant Full Moon Composite" by Patti Deters. A full moon appears extra large as it rises close to the horizon, and looks very pretty with the distant flock of pelicans in dark silhouette. The wild rice and grass of the marshy river welcome a lone pelican as she lands, perhaps finding a resting spot for the night.
