"Fox Fun 04 - Bite Me!" by Patti Deters. A female red fox (Vulpes vulpes) and her pup play together on the lawn one early morning. The little juvenile, really still just a baby, seems to love being "bitten" by momma as they spend time together in the green grass. On this red fox species, their red fur is offset by black ears and black legs. This photograph of the two foxes, mother and child, is presented with a square crop.
