"Shy Swan" by Patti Deters. A Trumpeter Swan (Cygnus buccinator) appears to act a little camera shy while swimming on the St. Croix River, near Hudson, Wisconsin. This little swan has lovely white feathers and is displaying the classic curved neck which makes them appear so elegant and graceful. A digital texture has been added for a dreamy artistic effect.
